Our return policy is very simple, and is applicable *world-wide*.

If you are not completely satisfied in every way with a purchase from us, return it within 14 days of receipt in new, and unaltered condition (as you received it) for a 100% refund of your purchase price.  

Because we pay for FedEx shipping to you on all outgoing orders, return shipping is at your expense.  

Jewelry items must be returned in as-received (new) condition!  Please do not wear your purchase for daily wear until you are sure you wish to keep it!  We have to protect ourselves from customers ordering nice pieces so they can wear it to their important event, and then return it (i.e. never intending to really purchase the item)...thus, items that have been worn will be returned with no refund offered.

Right of refusal to accept orders:  We also reserve the right to refuse orders from any customer who appears to be window-shopping via our liberal exchange policy. We are more than happy to work with you via email to help ensure your first purchase is the correct one for you.

Barring any holidays, we are usually able to credit your return within 24 hours and will email you your credit card transaction id to show that we have credited your account back.

To return an item, please email us to let us know you are returning it, and then return the item securely placed in its original packaging, via a FedEx or UPS *box* (not envelope) to our office as follows:
